Rehabilitation Summit 2023 was a catalyst in propelling forward rehabilitation advocacy in Tanzania, with support from professionals, government institutions, NGOs and other stakeholders in rehabilitation. The impact of 2023 Summit include development of Rehabilitation Hospital Guideline, strengthening capacity building initiatives and fostering networking and collaboration in the rehabilitation ecosystem.

Rehabilitation Summit 2024 continues to provide a platform for researchers, practitioners, professionals, policymakers and other stakeholders in rehabilitation to engage in critical dialogue, stimulating discussions, exchanging insights, best practices and strategies for enhancing rehabilitation services. With such engagements, the Summit sets the stage for continuous advocacy work for strengthening rehabilitation systems and services.
